About the Center

The Center for Cosmopolitan Culture is a nonprofit organization devoted to fostering deeper intercultural understanding through research, dialogue, and creative expression. Founded by cultural scholars and creators committed to making rigorous ideas more publicly accessible, the Center supports a wide spectrum of programs—from podcast series and public talks to collaborative publications and educational workshops.

Cosmopolitan Currents is a curated audio archive of lectures, conversations, and critical reflections on culture in its broadest, most global sense. Crossing disciplinary and geographic boundaries, the podcast brings together voices from philosophy, the arts, humanities, and social thought…

Help us make meaningful thought public. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, your support helps sustain our podcasts, events, and publications. Whether you give once or become a sustaining member, you join a community committed to cultural dialogue and public reflection.
